Guitarist Danny Kalb died Nov 19th, at age 80. He is best known for being a founding member of The Blues Project {from July 1965 to Aug 1967, and rejoined in 1969}. In 1964, he played second guitar on Phil Ochs's 'All the News That's Fit to Sing', and 'Judy Collins's Fifth Album'.
