The Discogs says Golden Starlet became this band. The wikipedia says "Action Man is an action figure launched in Britain in 1966 ... as a licensed copy of ... G.I. Joe."

The Discogs says this (or a version of it) was on a cassette called Scarlet Harlot in 1994. CJ is a top-notch curator of this kind of thing.
