Am I calling attention to the problems inherent to grouping things? Am I making a "point" about show themes? Did I come up with a "zany" scenario and try to work backward to create a playlist that hints at the scenario? Did I come up with a playlist and try to come up with a bs theme because I didn't think the music produced a coherent whole? No, I noticed that these tracks have each, on some occasion, brought to my mind a very specific image, and that taking every track that has brought this image to mind together and stacking them end-to-end produces an hour of music. How convenient!
